What app do you use? I dont think mine has that option.

I use the USCIS case tracker.... I just figured it out recently. If you go to the "my cases" tab and click on your case, there is a search option in the bottom right corner. Then you can put your case number into that and see the 500 cases with numbers right after yours.

I obsessively look at the app where you can search receipt numbers close to yours and an I-129-F petition with a WAC receipt that is 8 numbers away from mine got an RFE yesterday and another that is about 25 numbers away from mine also got an RFE today.... Obviously getting an RFE isn't ideal but at least it means that they are working on April cases!

This is weird! So my hypothesis is that agents take a lot of files on their desk and don't take them in order to process lol!

so within VJ data we had some good movement today. I think Feb #s go under 100 tonight. Usually when a month goes towards 50 or so left its almost done in terms of activity

I see one March 11th now it's getting closer!!

I read that February and March fillers started getting processed when the month before them was aprox. 50% completed on Igor's list.

Right now march is 10%, and they started processing them aprox. on May 17. That means it took 2 weeks for 10%, but at that time they were still processing February, so from now on it's gonna move faster, let's say twice as fast. So then it will take one week for every other 10%. I'd say we have to wait 4 more weeks until we start seeing april cases processed. Although we need to also consider that there were more March applicants than February, so maybe its gonna take a little longer than that.

And a couple mid-March (3/15 and 3/17) were approved. These are good signs.

I have 2 apps - one that searches the cases before mine and the cases after mine - contrary to what some of my fellow VJers are saying, I feel like my case is a needle in a haystack! I have seen maybe 1 or 2 approved I-129F petitions in the 100 petitions before mine and the ones after mine! I've noticed however quite a few responses on the I-30's, with some approvals for a lot of those petitions already.

I am just hoping to see some K1 petition approvals creeping up in my search zone...right now there's nothing. I'm April 14 NOA1.

Once your USC fiance/e have the NOA2 in hand he is going to send you that along with the I-134 affidavit of support with the supporting documents, and a recent letter of intent to marry with the wet signature and the whole copy of the I-129f packet.

I think thats about it. Correct me if Im wrong.
