Yes you are entitled. Just like I am entitled to think the people who reacted were just soft nit pickers. To use ur own words about the "rude" comment... "And this affects you how???"

I hear ya... I dont want confrontation over petty issues. But so many judgemental people here who think they are mind readers and can say what a person meant thru text. Thats ridiculous. Especially after an explanation was presented.

Another mid-April filer got approved on 5/18, also from Haiti. So April now shows on the CSC's approval graph.

I am now at the 40 day point, which I think is halfway to a decision, if last week's pace continues. The second half is always downhill. Good news for the rest of us mid-April filers. Time to prepare, hopefully for the interview and not for an RFE.

It's there, but must have been updated a little later than the others. Since they're sorted by NOA2 date on the last fifteen, it shows currently as #15 in the list, and of course always in the comprehensive stats below the top 15.

As long as we're waiting for this week to kick off...

Looking at the stats, last week was the best for pending VJ K-1s since 4/18-4/24. For the three weeks from 4/25-5/15, total VJ approvals went down from 15, to 12, to 10. The average number of days from NOA1 to NOA2 for those approved in those week went up from 77 to 82 to 90.

For last week, 5/16-5/22, there were 23 approvals, and the average number of days from NOA1 to NOA2 dropped from 90 to 87. So, over the last week:

-Total VJ K-1 approval pace more than doubled, week over week and nearly doubled compared to the prior three week average.

-The average wait time to NOA2 dropped for the first time in four weeks.

Every day I see 5 approvals or more, I'll know we're accelerating. Less than 5, I'll know we're slipping again. Although it seems like approvals ramp up toward the middle and end of the work week, from what I've seen. So maybe a bad Monday isn't a killer.

I was excited last week when they started approving March filers, however I feel it hasn't been moving. After a week they're still approving the same march days (1-2) and also still february fillers from the same dates (25-26), which they started approving 3 weeks ago. So if they're gonna take 1 week for them to approve 2 days range, that lets us far away in the predictions.

What I find surprising its the two approvals for april Haiti fillers. I knew that sometimes some packs of folders from newer dates get to some empty desk. But I didn't know they classified the folders by country. I mean, if they don't, it's too much of a coincidence. But what would be the purpose of this?
