Hi folks,

I just received a biometric appointement notice for the 14th of this month on a Friday, unfortunately it's impossible for us to go on that day. We wanna reschedule it for another day, and I was wondering if I can do it through an infopass? is it doable? and can I have my fingerprints on the infopass day? thank you in advance :)

Our local office is in Portland, Maine

try doing an early walk in. A lot of ACS will do it without an appointment. I can't find it now but search the forums and see if anyone was successful with the Portland office

I had an info pass spot last week and they printed out my biometric appt letter and I was scheduled on a date which I could not do and simply asked if he could change it now and then but he said: try go a day or two before the date and they will let you in.

I went to do my biometric yesterday (a week before I was scheduled) and that was no problemo :)

Thank you guys, don't think they're so busy, we scheduled an infopass for this Monday at 1pm, sadly we can't do an early walk-in since it's 3h drive. Hopefully they'll take my fingerprints nd send me the ead card asap, can't wait to start working. Thanks again nd have a good day:)
