My fiancé (Bristish Citizen) is currently playing soccer in Romania. He sent me his passport photo and the G-325A.. But not the letter of intent to marry. It took almost 2 weeks to receive the paperwork in the mail from him, is there any chance he can fax me the letter of intent or can it not be a "copy"?
