We all got the same error message. Did anyone ask them how soon will the email be sent?

I did ask how long but the woman wasn't very nice she just said it would be sent when it's sent!! No indication of timeline. So frustrating when it's already been a month since NOA2

I can't seem to get a valid case status here https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx - using any day past 599. By that I mean if you look at the breakdown here http://www.***removed***/immigrant-visa/nvc-case-number.html then the "Julian Date" portion. I was able to find valid entries but nothing 600 or beyond (which would correspond to April 9th and later being assigned a case number)

My wife's income last year was 20.400$ is that enough to sponsor me? Im scared of getting a checklist in aos packet , we sent 3 tax returns , and w2,paystubs from 2jobs bank statement and letter of employement from 2jobs , the problemis she just sent 1 paystubs for her second jobs because its a fix salary is that a problem ?? Can we get a checklist because of that ????

Ok so I spoke to a agent, he told me that it might take a few days to open up because the letter was only recently sent, he also told me that I can try as often as I want to login but it might take a few days....
