Its just your past tense statement does not clarify if it was last March or this afternoon.

omg noooooooo.....recanting. I pray to God I don't get yet another checklist. I don't know what I would do. hoping to hear something either by end of this week or mid next week.

Hey I called NVC today and got our Case number and IIN but when I try to login to the ceac website it says the selected case number and IIN combination does not match our records. Has anyone else seen this or know if it's normal?

Call again and verify the numbers they gave you. I was able to log into CEAC right after I got off the phone with them. Don't worry, probably just a minor mistake :-)

Hmm I did call and confirm as I thought I had just noted them down wrong but they gave me the same info!

They might be having issues with their system. Try again a little bit later, if not tomorrow.

Do a clear of your internet browser Cookies and Cache when you do try again just to be sure you are taken back to the old one.

Lastly, make sure you are using an updated link. https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/immigrate/immigrant-process/approved/Step_1_Choose_an_agent.html

one of these should work. :)
