Yes. when it gets scanned into the system. It's not always the same day your documents are delivered to them.

N-400/Citizenship process:

Applied online: 9/06/2020

NOA1 received: 9/07/2020

Biometric: reuse letter received 1/19/2021

Interview: 5/12/2021 - APPROVED!!! 😃

Oath Ceremony: 6/04/2021

Mailed I-751 petition package: 4/6/2018

USPS delivered I-751: 4/9/2018

Check cashed: 5/24/2018

NOA received: 5/26/2018

Biometric letter received: 3/1/2019; Biometric Appt: 3/11/2019

Case Transfer letter received: 3/11/2019

Online Status changes: Card being produced- 5/24/2019; case is approved - 5/28/2019; Card is mailed - 5/29/2019; USPS picked up for delivery - 5/30/2019 (ETA 6/1/2019)

Approval letter received: 5/31/2019 showing approval date of 5/24/2019

Hi Debbie, Potomac started approving their first batch of I-130 today. (January 2016 filings)

Get ready for a lot of typing, well not now but 40 days later when they start getting CCs.

This is good news for all Potomac applicants. Congratulations!!!

Wow. All kinds of things happening on the boards! I step away for a week or so and BAM!

SuperDooper congrats to those just waiting for their spouse/family to get here!!! :dancing:

I was finally able to send in our AOS and IV packets yesterday (had to overnight them. I have no patience left). They're supposed to be there by noon today. I'm praying X infinity that it goes all speedy. It would be amazing for hubby to not have to miss another of our daughter's birthdays (june 12th).

does anyone have an idea administrative review at NVC mean?. I called after I got my case number and invoice number, the agent told me my case is under administrative review.

The last CC that I saw posted was a scan date of March 4th...not sure about checklist date.
