No I was saying if they are going to consider the dependents income then a I-864A. But is the dependent a minor? so they can't use. If it was money the parent gets for child that's different.

Yes you must list the lat 3 years gross income as stated on income tax. If you didn't file an explanation has to be given why you didn't file.

Thanks Dwheel. I really appreciate ur help. I'll make sure I include that information. But i still dont have to include the actual copies correct? only the tax years and amounts.

Hi guys thanks a lot for all your response on my previous questions...so can i just emailed the nvc to get my case and invoice#?another question my wife and i filed our taxes jointly so does she need to fill up i186A form?or do we just include her w2 and my w2's on our 1040A form for 2015?and my last question is can i fill up ds260 without my stepsons passport no? Coz their passport will arrived after a month its still on process right now..thanks again in advance..

If your case is at NVC you should call them and see if the case and invoice # has been assigned. That's much quicker than email

Will your wife be a joint sponsor? If so then yes, she will need to fill out a separate I864 form. But if you're the only sponsor then I don't believe she needs to fill one out. Just include her W2s along with yours and the 1040A form.

In regards to the DS-260, you will need to wait for the passport in order to complete the form as I believe the passport # is a required field.

You will need to pay the fees (AOS & IV) before the ds-260 becomes available, so I'd suggest calling NVC to get the case info so you can at least get the fees paid and out of the way. With the IV package you'll need to send a copy of his passport data page so that may hold you up a little, but definitely get started on what you can so that it cuts down on the delay.

Hi,

I'm getting ready to submit my AOS and IV documents. For those who already submitted these documents, did you create 2 pdf files( one for AOS and another for IV documents)? or did you create individual PDF for each document (AOS, birth certificate, tax return, police report, passport biograph....etc)?

Any help would be appreciated
