One of the reasons for mandatory AP in Pakistan especially for men is because you don't have Police Reports. So background and name checks have to be done. Some take longer than others especially the name check.

Hang in there.

Dwheels, On the same note, I was in a group chat of ex-University colleagues back In Nigeria, and alas! I mentioned we miss PRINCE.... everyone was like who is prince, I said clearly Nigerians don't miss PRINCE, all they miss is petrol and NEPA. lol

So sad when I learned he passed away =(

He's one of my favorite artists. One of my dreams, indeed, when I move to the US was to see him perform live at Paisley Park.

Back to the main topic, I hope the US Embassy in Madrid has an available interview slot for me in June. I'm surprised I'm having to wait this much since CC was on March 17; it looks like there's more demand than I thought, but it's not being reflected on this forum

Yeah go for it! I won't hurt to try.

Yhh I've already drafted the mail..As soon as I touch the medicals envelope..I will press send..all I was thinking of was how long it will take them to reply..4 days? 5 days? Then we will be moving closer to 18
