Hey frank..We all miss you man..CEAC is already showing "Ready" so what Amadia is saying is that we missed our "in transit " update..It moved so fast..From "At nvc" right to " ready"

So if our interview will be in June, CR1 will be changed to IR1?

Yes, Marymon, you'll be granted an IR-1. At your interview, be sure to inquire about it. You are lucky - you will save yourself $590, as well as over two years of saving documents!

Congrats to everyone who got a CC or Visa Approval lately! And best of luck to everyone with an interview coming up.

Still waiting to get an interview date assigned (yes I know, I'm WAY too impatient) but in preparation for it I've already scheduled my medical for may 3rd a while ago. Appointments for that are in high demand and I didn't wanna run late. Contacted the embassy in Frankfurt first to check with them if it's okay to get the medical done before an interview date has been assigned and they said it's not a problem at all. So yeah, one more step :-)

Yes you can be in trouble if you don;t mention it. So please before CO starts the interview tell them what you just said. Trust me they will have your application on record its up to you to come clean so they don;t think you were trying to hide a material fact.

Do you know what is need to expedite? that is possible for anybody, what are they requesting to allow expedite (expedite is get an interview faster? is like that?)

Financial hardship, death or dying, deployment. But since you are a EB Visa category I would think you have a specific date to report. Use your documentation to note that. It's the embassies decision not NVC. Usually takes 2 to 4 days to get a response.

hey all my wife interview was this morning at 8:30 am and she got approval,i was there with her they ask her about six question & me three also ask for the 2015 tax form 1040 & W-2 told us to pick up the visa on the 3rd may and I ask if we could get it at a early day and the co lady say yes come on the 28th of april at 2pm to pick up the visa I post a review at my wife country porta later ,so thank everyone for all infro on our journey especially Dwheel thank you & looking forward to your approval.

Yh it's on the vaccination card they gave him..Right now..I don't know if I shud request an earlier date or just wait it out..Wah dyu guys think?

Doesn't hurt to ask. All they ca say is yes or no. Go for it. let them know you have had medical and you are ready. Sometimes they can reschedule and you have 24 hrs to report.

Like here in Africa they started this new like show where it's you watching people watching V and movies and new. It's a hoot. Especially when US politics come on. One said "for a billionaire you would think he could hair". LOL

U find it weird that they expidite a case on financial hardship but can deny a visa on it. ? interesting

Only for people without a joint sponsor. But you can't be denied just put in AP and you have 1 year to get a joint sponsor.
