Case Complete letter comes 7 days after case complete so for you the 25th it should be in your inbox.

Interview scheduling should start next week probably the 27th. NVC schedules. After scheduling usually 4 to 5 weeks before interview they send out to the embassy.

It will remain AT NVC until you get your interview date than sent off.

I got my Case complete letter via email exactly 2wks after I got CC. Every1's situation is different I suppose. :)

Hello dwheels

Do you know what is need to expedite? that is possible for anybody, what are they requesting to allow expedite (expedite is get an interview faster? is like that?)

Thanks a lot

You need a good reason, first of all.

After your initial interview date has been assigned, and after all paperwork has been received at your embassy/consulate (your status is marked "Ready") you contact the embassy/consulate (usually via email) and write them a letter stating why you need an expedite. This can be for reasons as simple as "you have done your medicals and you are ready" to "I need my spouse here in the US to earn money, as our family needs another breadwinner".

Some embassies/consulates will grant expedites and some won't. There have been many cases of pregnant spouses - both US citizens and foreign nationals who want to get an earlier interview so that the baby will be born in the US or the wife needs to travel before giving birth or the spouses just miss each other - and some embassies will grant an expedite and some won't.

I do not know how "sticky" Argentina is about granting expedites.

You can only try. But your reason has to be pretty convincing.

And since you are an EB-3 visa category, I don't have any knowledge about how often expedites are granted.

Please help!!

I was just going through my IV application and I saw the question which asks if I've ever been denied a US visa. My husband mistakenly put No because he was unaware that I was once denied a tourist visa as this was something which happened long before I met him. I remember once mentioning it but I guess he had forgotten and when the question came he just answered No.

My case was completed on April 18th. I'm worried what should I do now? Can I get in trouble for this?

No, you'd be fine. Just make sure to mention it to the Interviewing Officer at your interview. Let him know it was your husband's error and he'll correct it on the system right then and there.

He will go pick up his police report next week when he picks up his medical results. He has to go back on the 18th for the last two vaccinations. But your last two vaccinations are a day before your interview... How will the Embassy know you received them if they aren't on the medical record?

The clinic should give you a sheet that has your shots listed on it. Take that to the interview with you.
