Yeah, when I saw yours made it that's when I started checking mine and thought mine would go straight to ready as well. My husband had his medical done on Wednesday and whoa what a long wait! He actually met this guy who also has his interview on the 18th and thought it was you for a sec. I was like no way he had this all over and done with the day before.[/quote

Ow haha I can picture the look on both their faces tho..Thank God he has it over with..what about the police report? If you need help with that, just message me and I will make your worries fade away..No delays atall

He will go pick up his police report next week when he picks up his medical results. He has to go back on the 18th for the last two vaccinations. But your last two vaccinations are a day before your interview... How will the Embassy know you received them if they aren't on the medical record?

For some reason they either think she lives with you or maybe he lived with you in your country sometime during process. Now she has to show she has domicile. I suggested what she can use as proof. Just being your sponsor is not proof.

ok , copy of driving license , copy of bills and leases . this will be good proof ........... right ?

Yhh I was thinking same..So I've decided to go with the vaccination card as well..Just incase..but then I think it will be recorded prior to it because they know we won't miss the immunizations..

Too early to check DHL. Your petition only get sent out when you are assigned an interview. You are a different visa category so no way to say when they schedule your type of Visa.

Interview scheduling will start probably next week 27th or so. Hopefully your category also has slots available. Just have to wait and see.

Hello dwheels76

Thank you for your help!!

I was really checking DHL not for me, if not to see if was somebody else package arriving to the Argentina Embassy, but I didn´t see any one, last one was sent on March 7, and for that reason I was asking if somebody is waiting from Argentina, this is too weird that nobody is applying in this Embassy!

You are right my visa type is Eb-3 for employment, but I see other guy in England with same visa type he got the interview normally like a married visa.

Do you thing that they can give me the interview in MAY? just for your big experience in the forum!!

Thank you so much for be such a nice person, helping other people and me!!

There's nothing to track until you have an interview scheduled. The best way to track your petition is on ceac.state.gov and when it says READY its at the embassy.

Thank you ! Waiting is so stressful .. But thanks to you and the other here I am able to keep my sanity.

You can always call the center to see. Is it issued and then it says printed? On the 1st post is all the different status. There are 2 different issued. One when the embassy actually releases the Visa and send t the Visa center for print. Then Issued it will say has printed or something like that.

**I see t says printed. Call to make sure.** Get that Visa and run forest run. :goofy:

lol thanks Dwheels. I'll have him call.

Please help!!

I was just going through my IV application and I saw the question which asks if I've ever been denied a US visa. My husband mistakenly put No because he was unaware that I was once denied a tourist visa as this was something which happened long before I met him. I remember once mentioning it but I guess he had forgotten and when the question came he just answered No.

My case was completed on April 18th. I'm worried what should I do now? Can I get in trouble for this?

You can't compare embassies. Every embassy has their own selected slots for different visa categories.

May probably is full for all visa types but cancellations happen everyday. But seeing we are almost at end of April its unlikely. But you never know.

I received my Interview appointment letter last April 14.

But when I check the ceac website, it still shows "At NVC".

Is this normal?

What should I do next?

Next go do your medical if you want start preparing for your interview.

It will say AT NVC until they send it closer to your interview date.

Yes you can be in trouble if you don;t mention it. So please before CO starts the interview tell them what you just said. Trust me they will have your application on record its up to you to come clean so they don;t think you were trying to hide a material fact.
