Well its getting real ya'll. My husband today said "Can you believe we are 7 days away". He has forbidden me to make any mention of days to go. From 64 days from when we we scheduled to 7 days away. Lord help me I am about to pass out.

:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl: I guess reality has hit him.....7 WHOLE DAYS. I can't wait for the post!!!!

02-16-2016 1st Scan Date

02-16-2016 Mailed corrected AOS I-864EZ

02-19-2016 2nd Scan Date

02-26-2016 DS 260 Completed

03-16-2016 Emailed Checklist (dated 06 July 2015---prior to filing USCIS Petition—False Checklist in my opinion) for Birth Certified (was included with papers submitted 02/13/2016) Escalated to Supervisor because it was included in the IV paperwork (two separate folders for Petitioner & Beneficiary (Everything tabbed (Red for petitioner and Blue for Beneficiary), coversheet explaining everything in each folder) Called about the Checklist date which is prior to petition filed. Representative at NVC couldn’t explain.

03-17-2016 Returned email back to ASKNVC regarding the date of 06July2015 checklist date

03-17-2016 Mailed NADRA again (1st Class, Certified Return/Receipt)

03-21-2016 NADRA received and still being reviewed by a supervisor in the Review Dept.

03-22-2016 Received ASKNVC email to request on 03-17-2016 stating they are still waiting on civil documents (no specific mention of the Birth Certified like previously requested on 03-16-2016)

04-18-2016 Case Completed. See 3rd N/A on the U.S. Department of State Website. N/As (Affidavit of Support Fee, Affidavit of Support Documents & Financial Evidence & Civil Documents) Called and confirmed with NVC

(PRAISE BE TO GOD!!!!) Now waiting on being scheduled for Interview.

04-25-2016 Official Correspondence Letter ensuring Case Completed from NVC and informing us they will be scheduling the immigration appointment next.

05-09-2016 Called NVC 11:00 p.m. CST and received verbal notification Interview Scheduled June 24, 2016 @ 7:00 a.m.

STAGE 3: Embassy/Consulate

06-06-2016 Medical Completed @ Aziz Medical Center Islamabad, Pakistan and available for pickup on 06-09-2016

06-24-2016 INTERVIEW AT ISLAMABAD, PAKISTAN EMBASSY OF THE UNITED STATES @ 7:00 A.M.

@JASM I know how you feel... Trust me, I do. This was how I felt last week Wednesday.. It has been approved in HEAVEN..so just relax ok..as for the K1 visa, i think that shouldn't be a problem rather a PLUS..saw same question somewhere(nairaland forum)asked by one of the members and the VO replied same as above....except if that's not the only reason he was denied. Secondly, hope he said YES and explain why on his DS-260?. My husband was also denied a visa in 2014.. Though he was ask at his interview but really wasn't a big deal..GOOD LUCK to you and your husband ..

Waiting for my interview but I want to know if I should present new AOS or scanned AOS my wife scanned for me before she send the AOS to the NVC..so did i need new and sign AOS or the scanned is ok for the interview???.

Whoa, almost got a heart attack this morning when I saw an email from NVC with a Checklist just 2 days after our CC was confirmed via phone. But it's all good ; they are just asking for the 2015 IRS transcript (which my hubby could not get in time) and I can bring it to the interview. I wish that nice lady at NVC would have told me that when I called them on Monday though; could have saved me from the shock after waking up :-P

My husband scanned and emailed the 2015 transcript to me....I'll be using that printout to take with me to my interview. Funny thing is, it's not a colored document but rather all black ink so whether original or not, I don't believe it should matter....as long as the transcript is provided....am I right?

Wheew!!! We got 14 days to go. status update has changed 5 times with most recent update 20 April.

So far I have been very calm..... I bet this time next week I will be having more sweaty palms and feet.

Hi, you mean status changed to "issued". If yes then you should call the visa service courier office.
