Is it okk to have an updated 1040 form?

Updated 1040 as in amended. If you want. It would be better yo have the tax transcript so they don't think any funny is happening. You going through Ghana leave no stone un turned.

Is there a reason you want to give them a CO?

Double checking....I'm updating I-864EZ to indicate 2015 AGI. For fields which there is no information to provide, should N/A be written in those?

You can leave blank since you are presenting in person to CO. Or N/A your choice. Doesn't really matter.

Today is the big day, my husband arrives to the US later today. I will pick him up from the airport myself. I'm excited yet I still don't believe it. Being in a long distance relationship for nearly three years still seems so surreal that distance will no longer separate us. It probably wont hit me until he's inside my car lol.

I just hope these hours of work left pass by fast and drive straight to the airport!

I've always dreamt of this day... this is crazy. Finally. (L):dance:

Awww so happy for you!

Just thought I would let you all know that My Husband had his POE yesterday morning (: All went well and we are home in FL. Just waiting for his physical GC.

That is awesome!! Congrats!

Thanks..funny how it seems your mind comes up with things when your trying to get the documents together for the interview (overthinking).

One last thing, in a section of the interview folder, I'm calling it "additional information" where I am dividing into subsections. In the "additional financial information" section, I'm placing the signed I-864EZ submitted to NVC, corresponding tax transcripts (3 years) for it, current 6 months pay stubs (but I don't believe I need them as there is no issue with the being close to poverty lines) and employment letter. Is latter necessary (original signed 864 submitted to the NVC, employment letter and pay stubs)?

In the "continuation of relationship" section, I am placing current what'sapp chats and phone records...there are no current pictures. Now when I submitted photos during the USCIS phase, I sent colored photo copies of picture collages created. Should the prints be included or not?

I know, as Frankjvr would tell me...don't panic...not really allowing anxiety to set in but because I have to mail this off soon, I want to make sure I have it together (and want to not spend and arm and leg in postage).

Letter and pay stubs are optional. It's what you feel comfortable taking. As far as pictures this is the time to show what ya got bring the nice album. The originals of what you submitted. I mean why not.

Good morning all. I hope someone can assist me. In regards to preparing documents, when printing proof can one print Facebook chat history with playful nicknames instead of birth names? Our lawyer suggested that we should print out all evidence showing our given names but I'm sure not everyone on Facebook goes by their full names or they used childhood nicknames. The screenshot clearly shows our pictures but I would like to know if this will be a problem presenting to the CO at the interview. Has anyone ever had issues during interview with this? Should I reprint chats with proper given names to be on the safe side?

Due to personal issues I will be attending the interview alone so this has me feeling alot more nervous. Answering questions doesn't worry me it's whether or not the CO will think I have enough evidence at hand or delay our case. I can't handle anymore waiting. I need to be home with my wife ? ? ? ?

Thanks dwheels. Just putting the final touches on the folder and making sure every "t" is crossed and "i" is dotted.
