Congratulations to all who got their interview dates and approvals! (Happy to see LinJoe finally here too ) A special thanks to baluchsaab for alerting us on getting their interview, I just called and got mine too! June 14th at 7:30am. I'm so excited, can't wait to tell my husband!! Everyone with similar case complete dates (mine was April 18th) start calling!

LoveinGhana, I called NVC around 22:20pm and the rep told me and wait a sec for her to check on my stat and when she checked, she told me Ghana will start scheduling May 13th. I was so happy to hear that. So fam, we are almost there.

Thank you JASM for your congratulatory msg...appreciate...I am in better spirit seeing Dwheels has remained uplifted and positive...was so sorry to know she and hubby have been put on hold but time will run off and it will all be well..such a sweetheart she is......Here' s a review of our interview experience as short as I can make it.

We reached the Kingston embassy at about 7:15am for our 8:30 appointment...my husband was there with me and the boys...we joined the line and after going through security system was ushered back out to get rid of my handbag with cosmetics and my medical cd etc...After a two hour wait sitting in the yard we were instructed inside to a waiting room. After about half an hour we were called to a window where documents such as police record and passports were taken and questions asked like where you reside etc. We were told to be seated once more and after about another two hours we were called to another window for a more formal interview with a very nice gentleman CO whose questions became like a very pleasant conversation for us all...questions asked were... Where did we get married..how many persons attended..if my sons were present...how did my husband and I met..how long have we known each other...directed to my husband was what is his job...if I have ever been to the States...these questions flowed very easily and effortlessly that I didn't even realize so many were asked. My husband was told by the CO that he never needed a co-sponsor and the we were told we are approved and should receive our passport with visas in approximately 5 to 10 days.

Time has flown by since we started our visa journey, ours has been a bit longer than most, and I know it will be the same for all....keep each other company with encouragements, a joke here and there and well wishes and God will do the rest....Bless up vjers.

My case was completed on april 13/2016. I called national visa center today and my interview date is June 2/2016 New Delhi, India. Thanks everyone for there help.

Oh, DWheels. So sorry. System delays (????) are the very worst. I'm betting you LOOKED like a million dollars, though!

Thank you and we got no pis of us in our outfits Lord. But the time he went into the embassy it was pouring rain I was a wet noodle for the next 3 hrs freezin my heels off. Standing the whole time people looking at me like "who the hell is she". hehe

The CO kept saying the system wouldn't let her access what she needed and she apologize and said she cant finish the processing today and be patient.

yaaayyyy!!!!! just called NVC and got my husband's interview date on June 21st! can't believe myself lol

Well, like i´ve said patientce is not my strongest quality. So i called NVC...

INTERVIEW IS SCHEDULED FOR JUNE 9th at 9:30 AM IN FRANKFURT / GERMANY

The lady on the phone was really sweet. After i´ve asked her if an interview have been scheduled yet she promptly said...Well...do you have a pen and paper ready?? Me: Oh! Does that mean we have a date?? Her: Yes, congratulations!You´ve just been assigned your date!

She also told me that they haven´t send out the e-mail yet but that it´s going to be in my inbox in a few days.

Huge thank you to those who shared the news about dates being assigned already; otherwise i would not have called today. Wohooo!

For those who don't know this is how this thread for Case Complete and NVC filers go. We keep threads open for the month until the last day of the month then I open the new thread and the current gets locked and we all move over to the new thread.

It's still April and am still answering post and updating the spreadsheet. Normally I don;t start the new thread until late evening going into the new month.

No worries your heart was in the right place. I appreciate it.

I just called the NVC and i have been given an interview date; which is on the 6th of june! I cant explain how excited i am. Really the only people who can really understand i think is the people on this thread and my wife. Hope everyone gets cc and interview dates soon.

Nigeria in the house. I just got off the phone with NVC a very nice agent said that an interview date was issued to us few minutes ago for June 1st 2016 at 6:30am. Keep calling guys!

Pakistan is mandatory AP and depending on name and security checks some just take longer.

Does your status say AP or READY? I feel your pain truly. Sorry
