Oh Dear, I don't know what to say am short of word's OMG..... This is unbelievable. I understand your pain and sadness but don't worry everything will be fine... Is not gonna take forever. Their just testing ya faith. Don't give up and don't stop trusting in God Almighty. God will surely work it out for u.... I will be praying for you.

AP because the mofo system the CO says wasn't not giving her the information she needed. And they need more time.

They just touched our case for the first time yesterday.

So not thrilled but remain optimistic. The usual give us 60 days BS was given.

So wait we must.

I did call about an hour before they closed yesterday and i've been told that my interview date had just been assigned minutes before I called. So if you haven't heard anything by now it could still happen today :-)

This may be the wrong thread, BUT our case complete date was Monday. I don't know if i should be excited or not. I hope we find out the interview date soon, so i can know approximately when to expect him here.

Hey everybody we are back home. A long bumpy bus ride that was like 9 hrs. Lord my back. When I left Wednesday we were on page 80. OMG page 101. I see many updates to add to the spreadsheet. I will get to that. But I have to rest.

Don't worry new CC's You will get your "Congratulations. Welcome to the group. You have been added to the spreadsheet". :dancing:

I will read every post and remark where i need to and add.

Don;t worry I might be hurt, battered and bruise (mentally) but me and my husband are a mighty force and we will make it through this no matter what the embassy decides.

So so sad faces. Remember this is a happy thread. And will always be. We play, we laugh we cry. Then we pick ourselves up and we cheer and encourage others who maybe gong through the very thing you may be experiencing. (F)

Beauty out of the ashes. So Tomorrow night the new thread comes up, but first I must get through all this chatter. :wow:

@dwheels76 hang in there, I feel your fustration. All we can do is hope for the best in light of the darkness. Hopefully we both will get issued soon.

7/30/2015 Sent I130 priority mail to have tracking, I suggest you do the same.

1/15/2016 Called NVC and got case/invoice number logged into this site to pay fees, pick agent -> https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx 1/15/2016 picked agent DS-261

1/18/2016 paid aos fee

1/28/2016 review 261 to get iv fee unlocked ( unlocked once I did review,was taking to long)

2/1/ 2016 sent AOS & IV packets together to nvc while I waited for iv fee to open to save time.

2/4/2016 paid IV Fee and waited to do ds260

2/3/2016 nvc received aos and iv packets(scan date)

2/7/2016 ds260 completed and now waiting for cc

♧CASE COMPLETE. .. march 8th

4/20/15 shots 4/25/15 rest of medical exam

INTERVIEW APRIL 27TH @8:30

April 27th 221g for additional documentation and placed in administrative processsing.

June 20th submitted evidence requested

June 23rd case was touched by embassy

August 1st case was touched again.

AUGUST 16TH embassy called and wants a new co sponser yet he met requirements.

Found a new co-sponsor

Handed in aos sept 11th

Set 18th another update

Sept 28th update and embassy called

SEPT 29TH ISSUED FINALLY

OCT 2nd visa in hand

POE October 22nd 2016

Now it is 1pm there so they might still be working on scheduling interview. I think, NVC working hours is 9-5:30. If you call at 5:30, you will know yes or No for sure.

Incorrect.....NVC operates from 7am to 12 midnight EST.

Nigeria in the house. I just got off the phone with NVC a very nice agent said that an interview date was issued to us few minutes ago for June 1st 2016 at 6:30am. Keep calling guys!
