she can't become a US citizen while residing outside of United States

So?

Yes but she isnt a citizen yet and its hard being apart from each other living in different countries. I should get my residency in September time so I was looking at other ways to get there sooner

She can still petition for you even if she's not a citizen. If you can't stand being apart you should have started that petition yesterday. Every day she delays filing the petition is another day apart. We all understand being apart - that's why we are all doing this. You don't need to tell anyone here how hard it is to live in separate countries - there are couples here who have been apart far longer. Whining about the separation on here is not going to make the process go any faster.

She should start the petition now as a resident and upgrade it once she has her citizenship. In the meantime, you can continue to visit subject to the usual visitor rules and regs.

I should get my residency in September time so I was looking at other ways to get there sooner

On what basis are you going to obtain residency in September? That's faster than almost any immigration petition and visa application so if that's a genuine timescale I would stick with that. Edited by JFH

He has another thread going, she is a LPR, September sound optimistic.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

September as good as impossible if she's not a citizen.

The spousal visa is the visa you will eventually receive once the I-130 has been approved, you have applied for your visa through the NVC, had your medical and been interviewed at your local embassy.

The I-130 is not a visa. It's the first stage in a three-part process. All it is is a petition by the US citizen or resident to ask permission for their spouse to apply for a spousal visa.

A timeline would really help here.

Hi, OP

If you are really certain that you are by september, think about move to a closer place where you can meet your partner easily...

I thought to get a visa job too but it takes so much, is so hard... And I can tell you, I speak 5 languages and I have 2 degrees and it was hard for me to get something like this.

Try to think about moving to Mexico or to Canada with a visa job, student visa or something like this.

Good luck on your journey!

;)

I´LL START TO LIVE BACK AGAIN WHEN I´LL BE ON MY HUBBY´S ARMS, FOREVER AND EVER. UNTIL THERE, I DON´T LIVE. I SURVIVE. (L)

The goal is to reunite the family in the US. Your answer shows an indifference to others' goals.

Sounds like there are at least 3 options, US is just one of them.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
