My scan date is Feb 12, 2016 and on the 35th day I called to see if anything has happened yet and they told me to call back on the 45th day. I did and now they sent it to a supervisor. Will this take an additional 30-45 days to get completed? I also read some we're that they had called the nvc and requested to talk to a supervisor and they completed there case that day. Does anyone know if this is possible to actually get a hold of one?

Supervisor review can take up to 42 days from when they put it to that status. When I got my stupid checklist (they said I was missing documents which were actually in the original IV I sent them in February and someone wasn't paying attention when they were reviewing my case), I asked to speak with a supervisor and I got lucky and got a hold of one almost immediately. That was on March 17th. My case is still sitting as supervisor review with no update yet. I've been calling everyday for an update.

The NVC is very unpredictable with their current processing. The only thing I could suggest is to call an operator and ask to speak to a supervisor and ask some questions. Apart from that there's nothing you can do but wait. Sucks I know but there's nothing no one can do really except request an expedition of your case if you have reasons why you can.

Its been 2 months tomorrow since my sd Feb 12. It really sucks. I think I'll call today about it. Luckily I sent everything as one. But could that make it take longer?
