k-1 VISA please help! Thank you all :)

Hello! I am about to start the I-129F application and I am already stuck :( In my fiance's birth certificate under his name it says :Antonio de Jesus ( his first and middle name) but not sure if I include the "de" after Antonio (his first name) or before Jesus ( his middle name) or do I put Antonio de Jesus altogether. I just don't want to mess up and have a bigger issue later on ... PLEASE HELP!!

.04/23/2016: Mailed my I-129F packet via USPS EXPRESS MAIL to Louisville,TX :dance:
04/25/2016: Received a text msg that my Packet was picked up and signed for at the PO BOX (2 days)
04/28/2016: Check was cashed! (3 days)
04/28/2016: NOA1 text. Case routed to CSC

07/06/2016: Text that my case was approved (68 days)

07/12/2016: hardcopy NOA 2 (6 days)

07/27/2016: NVC received my petition (21 days from NOA2)
07/28/2016: NVC assigned a case number (1 day)
08/01/2016: NVC sent out our case (IN TRANSIT-4 DAYS)

It ddepends is the De part of his first name or middle name? something to ask him or his mother. I would be guessing that it would be

Antonio

common for Mexicans and likewise for Fiipinos.

My kids family name is De Leon..

So for your fiance, it should be "de Jesus" middle name, antonio first name.

Jan 11, 2016 - Interview- APPROVED!

Jan 15 - Visa ISSUED!

Jan 21 - VISA ON HAND! (8 working days from interview)

March 21 - CFO / PDOS for K2s

June 1, 2016 - POE

July 18, 2016 - Married

I am his and he is mine from this day until the end of my days..

I would agree, it sounds like the "de" is part of the last name.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
