Asked many times I'm sure but each case varies so wondering what people opinions and knowledge says about our case.

I am adjusting from a K1 after marrying my husband.

I had my K1 medical on the 5th December 2014 and filed my AOS 23rd November 2015 (within a year of medical just lol)

We have our interview on the 27th April, I never filed I-693 with AOS and didn't receive a RFE for it. It has it listed on interview notice which I'm guessing is generic.

I did not recieve DS-3025 from last medical and the only written vaccine records I have are on that which was handed in at POE. I rang several certified CS close by and all say it's going to be about $600-800 since they would need me to have all vaccines again.

Do I need to do this step if I haven't received an RFE already? If I went to my interview without it and they did need it would I be asked to do it and send back in or would I be denied?

You don't need a new medical. But you need parts of the form because of the vaccines. From the form instructions:

"Even if a new medical examination is not required, you must still show proof that you complied with the vaccination requirements. If the vaccination record (DS 3025) was not properly completed and included as part of the original overseas medical examination report, you will have to have the Part 7. Vaccination Record completed by a designated civil surgeon. In this case, you must submit Parts 1., 2., 4., and 7. of Form I-693."

You could get the shots cheaply at a local health department & get a civil surgeon to complete the parts of the I-693 that you do need. Call around, some civil surgeons do it much cheaper when only vaccine transcription is needed.

Had interview yesterday. Told us she hasaid no problem approving us nothing was mentioned about medical stuff.

Good to hear, and thanks for the update. Congrats. Seems you had an IO that knows the USCIS policies of adjusting from a K-1.
