separate I-134 for K2?

Hello! Does each K2 applicant need to have a separate I-134 form from the K1 applicant? I'm just wondering if my 2 sons who are coming with me need their own I-134 form from my fiance.

the children are covered on the one form, Your fiance just submits the one form I-134 . t

That was what I thought as well but got confused when I read the I-134 instructions, where it says the sponsor should send a I-134 for each applicant.
