This is my first time filing so I'm quite clueless. I have a bit more to ask in regards to filling up the G-325A form.

1) Is it ok if some of the information I provide are typed in the form while some are handwritten (in the same sheet)? I'm particularly struggling with the amount of space for the address' street and number space.

2) In regards to "applicant's residence last five years". The thing is I have been in this city since I was 3 and we have never moved out of here although we moved around within this city a couple of times. It was around 1998-2000 when we moved back to this address (which I am still staying in now). I can't clearly remember the exact month and year because it was so long ago, but the form is only asking for "last five years". Is it acceptable if I write January 2011 in the beginning date then?

Don't worry.....

1. The answer is yes, you may write in...I did it for the same reason. Nothing was said.

2. Lucky you!... you only have to put one address in that part....and yes, try to remember your best dates.....close guesstimate is fine :)

When there is not adequate space on a form you can use a 2nd sheet of paper referencing back to the original section/item # on the form.

Question asks for the last 5 years so that is what is required, I would say you are good to go with that ;)

Choose a date in '99 which is more accurate than 2011.

Men wearing shades and black trench coats are not going to come around verifying the info.

Also for future help you may want to consider indicating what type of visa you are applying for since K1 / CR1 visas have slightly different requirements.
