RFE names don't match? Joint sponsor? No joint sponsor... Not sure

Hi, we got this RFE below. Pretty strait forward but still wanted to post in case others had experience and could shed light.

The only thing is we never had a joint sponsor. My husband is self employed and we were worried the RFE had to do with income proof and I asked my aunt to be a joint sponsor but now that I see the RFE is just about names not matching I would like advice.

Should I just redo the form? I looked through the I-864 we sent and the part they say was missing was filled out. He included his middle name on the first page though. Should we avoid using middle names? Anyone have an issue with this?

Should we send the joint sponsor anyway just to be safe? Or since they didn't mention his income do you think it's not a problem?

Just to be clear his income does meet the requirements but he has been working on a personal project for the last 6 months so he does not have any recent pay stubs etc. He will be working again in April/may.

Appreciate advice and thoughts. Thanks!

2016-05-09 RFE blue sheet (from Irving TX?) saying Medical is expired??? (Medical was performed November 2015)

2016-05-10 Called USCIS. Was told to mail a response that my medical is not expired. Did that, then freaked out after seeing people got DENIED doing that. Intercepted my package with USPS Package intercept... Thankfully it worked.
2016-05-18 Mailed new Medical. No status update re: if it was received.
2016-06-07 NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED CASE STATUS UPDATE
