So I received the second biometric letter which is identical except the new date of biometrics. I called the USCIS and they said I had to go and retake the prints. After three and a half months they realized my finger prints were not good enough to process my application.

Can i walk in for early biometrics if so how many days ? Any of you did early if so how ,any days earlier than your scheduled date? I would appreciate your input on this. Thanks

I've never done an early walk-in but I've heard people do that all the time. It all depends upon the field office if they accept early walk in or not. Some field offices reject people with early walk-in straight away but some will let you in happily. You might wanna give it a shot and see if it works, since your case has already been delayed quite a bit. If not, then you can always go back on the scheduled date. How far is the date by the way? I hate it when the applicant has to suffer when it's not even their fault :ranting: . USCIS should definitely give you the priority. Best of luck for your journey!

I am scheduled for oath ceremony at the Department of Labor in DC in about two weeks. I wonder if it is a special ceremony as I received paperwork that is referring to the responses possibly being used by the Secretary of Labor.

I cannot find anything specific online. Only that it is national immigration week that time. Does anyone here have more insight?
