Guys, were you able to file an inquiry second time or are you still getting the error?

Yup same here, I tried to file an eticket and it gives me error message, I tried CHrome and IE. I can try a different computer later I guess. ANd I called for which I was told "please call back after October"

I tried to submit a "case outside processing times" inquiry through the link you provided, but every time I try to submit my information I get an "error message" Anyone else getting this? ... really frustrating I haven't heard back since I took by biometrics on May 19th, my case status still shows "Biometrics appointment scheduled" no update since April 29th.

I called and they told me to wait another 4 months, that's insane, I really wanted my citizenship before elections.

Then I guess that's normal processing time for your local office. Did you check with other applicants from your local office what was their processing time? It really gives you an idea. I did the same and the processing time for my application seems to be almost same as other applicants from Memphis. Few weeks up and down is normal but if there's a huge difference, like 2-3 months, then I would start worrying. In your case, I don't think there's anything to worry about since they said it's within the normal processing time. So I would suggest just wait and hope to see something soon. But I would definitely check other applicant's timeline. I know it's hard to keep patience in this case

That's sounds a bit odd to me. I would call and ask to speak to a Tier 2 agent at the customer service center or else request an appt at your local field office.

My advise is to wait until you get the letter. Then get an infopass appointment

and show the letter to them. Probably you can ask the officer to write on the letter

a resolution, stating what their requirement is regarding that second biometrics.

Thank You! This forum and the participants in the April 2016 filers group have been very helpful throughout the process.

My oath was scheduled at 8:30 AM in New York City Federal Plaza and the whole process took under 2 hours. I applied for the passport (did not expedite) and was told that I should have it within 3 weeks.

Here's to hoping that everyone here becomes a citizen soon.
