Which i think means ELIS (e-Filing)

Didnt know they do that.?

Honestly i really dont care where and how they file as long as it doesn't delay the process?

I just checked and I don't see a box titled Service Center. I got the form I-797C, is that the same form everyone's receiving?

That's what I got back in December.

Sounds like they changed the formats of the letters and case numbers.

Shouldn't matter at all. But it's interesting to note the changes.

I git NOA in mail today. Priority date is April 15. Still when I track my case status it say"Case has been suspended because my bank returned the check despite the fact they have cashed my check I can see on my bank statement.

My husband case same thing happened like yours. We got Noa receipt on 4/20/16, when I checked online status case was suspended because bank returned fees. However, I checked our bank account and $680 fee was already taken out on 4/21/16. I called our bank and they told me check was paid to us is via ach and transaction went through.

I was wondering what did you do with your case? Thank you any help will be greatly appreciated.

Still get the same thing when I track my case. I called the USCIS and they told me that my case is in progress and they have cashed the check and they don't know why my case status says that. Remember the case status thing we use to track is Public. They have another official which is for USCIS official and sometimes they don't update Public one. I was told everything looks good in their system.

How long does it take to charge your credit card ? My application was received on 22nd April, but my card is not charged yet !

Sometimes its charged but wont show up on your credit card account until the end of billing cycle.

It does not show up on my card. Only when i log into my credit card account and then click on unbilled transactions - it shows up as USCIS $680 Pending.

Finally got a text message saying case has been received and receipt notice was sent. For 11 dats it said"my case was suspended bc my bank returned the payment" well not anymore?

I just saw that timeframes for Honolulu are about 2.5 months from filing to interview, I sure hope it's not THAT fast. LOL We can't go in June or July.

instead of :USCIS

does that delay the process ? should I send another packet ?

The first address is basically for USPS, the second for Fedex/UPS.

As long as you sent it by USPS and not Fedex/UPS you are fine. Even if you did sent it by Fedex and UPS you should probably try to get it back just in case before you send a new one.

They should typically cash the check within a week of delivery to PO Box from what I have experienced and see in other's dates. (Mine was delivered on 26 to PO Box, and check cashed on 29). I doubt that it would delay the application by more than one day by sending USPS to PO Box.

LOL! By my calculations, Orlando is 6-7 months. I keep praying for a 3 month miracle (a friend of mine got 3 months from application to oath in Tampa). Alas, while I live closer to Tampa than to Orlando, my zip code puts me under Orlando jurisdiction.
