No waiver form but a few have succeeded in writing in after getting a NOID asking for it to be waived, though in one thread someone posted that of the 150 waivers only 9 had been successful as of mid last year. Seems you need a lot of evidence of us citizen being no risk which involves psychological assessments and polygraphs to show no more offences since last conviction. Plus showing that the petitioner and beneficiary discussed the conviction before marriage, that probation is completed, some showed that they were no longer required to register as RSOs.

My timelines was wrong and as i know we dont have any polygraphs not psychological assessment but we discussed it.

Its hard to explain. He told me the real story and I believe that he didnt do it but by law, he is convinced and he told me that he needs to register his name and stuff till next 10 or 15 years

Getting married will not change anything. He will still have to go through the same process of proving he is not a threat.
