Police Clearance help

Hi! My fiancé and I have received our NOA on Feb 24th. But as I am reading the documents required for the K1 visa, I noticed I need my police clearance from the countries I've lived in since I was 16. I moved to Japan from The Philippines since I was 16 but that's a month before I turned 17. The thing is my fiancé and I just got back from the Philippines and we both just spent all of our money there and there's no way I can go back to my country because of financial issues. Is it possible that I can just give them my police clearance here in Japan since I've been here since I was 16?

Thank you in advance!

Can I ask my mom? Because I just asked her to get it for me but she said I should go there personally because of my fingerprint. I'm not really sure but that's what she told me. I might have to ask her again and tell her about this. Thank you!

I would suggest you go to the Philippine consulate in Japan to request your NBI.
