If you are married now then you need to abandon your petition. The F2B is only for unmarried children of permanent residents. Your parent will have to apply for you and your family again when they become a USC.

08/04/2016: Received DS-261/AOS Bill

08/06/2016: Completed DS-261/Paid AOS Bill

08/16/2016: Received IV Bill

10/11/2016: Submitted AOS/IV documentation

10/11/2016: Paid IV fee bill

10/14/2016: Submitted DS-260

exactly, why did they pay the forms and send documents, since it is a waste of time and money

the petition was voided the day you married, the petitioner should have withdrawn the petition and if your mom or dad becomes a USC, then they can file for you as an married child of a USC

as a F2B, you cannot marry until you receive the visa and enter the country, then you can return to your country and marry your fiancé
