Ok I might be stressing over nothing but.. We got an RFE and send it back with all the info they needed through regular mail.. I asked my fiance not to do that but he's so busy with work all the time he didn't have time to go to the post office.

On the USCIS website the status has not changed,so now I'm scared that they didn't receive anything and we have no proof of sending anything.

It may be worth contacting them to see if they've a note of receiving. While you may not have been processed as yet, i'd have expected the tracker to at least update to say they'd received it.

You can also put through a service request for a duplicate of the RFE.

The alternative is doing nothing and waiting to see if they've received, but, in your shoes I'd be chasing it by now.

Unless you have tracking showing it was delivered, it's entirely possible it was not delivered by USPS. If this is the case, then USCIS will deny the petition if they do not receive a response to their RFE.

You should always, always, always, without exception, obtain some kind of tracking/notification when sending anything to USCIS.

We sent an RFE response (to a I-601 waiver) and within 3 days the USCIS tracker site showed response received. I would either contact USCIS or resend certified or with some type of tracking on the envelope.
