Hello,

I'm in the midst of waiting on the NVC to close my husbands case and move it along ...

So I received a checklist back in Feb 26, a stupid mistake... My i864 somehow did not make it into the package, but my joint sponsors did...

I received the checklist to submit mine and corresponding financial info, which they have received and I am currently on day 22 of waiting.

I went back today and looked at my copy of the i684 that I submitted and realized I made an obvious mistake... On part 6 I listed my employer and annual income; on the form then it lists spots for additional income of other household members ... I am the only household member with income.

I noticed I put down again my income in no.14 where 'person 4' would list their income. Only to see directly under this spot is no.15 , asking for the total number of incomes combine ... Which I accidentally left blank, it's obvious to see that clearly this should be filled in no.15 ...

My question is: will I receive yet another checklist based on this error... ? Even though they will see its correct according to household size and current annual income for the most current tax year ?

Also I have a joint sponsor who makes well beyond the guidelines.

Everything else on my i864 is correct, so I am not worried about them asking for any other info on any other documents, I'm just worried about being checklisted for this obvious stupid error.

Probably yes (depends on adjudicator) you will get a checklist but you may get a Case Complete checklist where they complete you and tell you to bring corrected form to interview.

I just spoke with NVC and they told me basically the same thing... I just can't stand waiting for another "30-45" days just for something as obvious as that, even though they have all the info they need from me, I hope it's a CC checklist that can be corrected and brought to the interview.
