Afternoon vjers

I been having some thought and find it a bit questionable on certain tourist visa denials.

The k1 requires the couple have met in the last two years but dont you think the consulars would kind of understand if the "back then" friend or boy/girlfriend ,"now" beneficiary fiance would try to visit their petitioner (bf/gf)? Especially since the k1 itself requires a visit within the last two years? Has a foreign beneficiary ever gotten questioned before why they didnt try to visit their future petitioner? But i guess its because the b2 visa doesnt correspond with the k1 there separate entities.

What would be really cool is if they had a small k1 question in the b2 visa application , but maybe ppl would start abusing it.

Likely not an issue as tourist visas for high fraud countries are hard to come by. They don't blame people for not wanting to waste money on a denial.

Why would a beneficiary been questioned why they haven't visited. You just have to fulfill the requirement to meet anywhere on the planet. They do realize their own rues and when they see the beneficiaries country they know. I man they are Immigration you know.

A small k1 question? Like what? What about married people They have the same situation you know.
