im getting nervous about the RFEs starting to pop up... I'm starting to think maybe they just hate all us april filers and want to make us suffer and make the process even more stressful than what it already is... they hate us all its official...

I blame all the RFE on there being a friday the 13th today... i generally find if there a friday the 13th i have bad luck all that week..

Just found this thread yesterday. Thanks for your posts and update.

I sent packages I-485, I-765 & I-131 on April,15.

Received April, 20.

Text messages on April, 27 and 3 NOA arrived on May,4 in mail box with notice date as of April, 26. MSC visa center.

Still can't check status online, nor on the app (tried again this morning). Waiting patiently for the bio mail & checking my mail box daily. Fingers crossed!!!

welp, so I called anyway to the USCIS and entered my case nr and they didn't find it. I've never called before so I didn't know what else to do, or how to get a hold a human being. I just don't wanna miss the bio appt just because I didn't get the letter in time... tried to call my ASC and I didn't find any nr that wasn't the USCIS one. I guess I just have to keep waiting and hope I get the letter in time and don't miss the bio appt

Did you call the number on the actual NOA? Not sure if that's the number you called or not... It Says if you have any questions about possible immigration benefits services, filling information or Uscis forms to call that number... I'm assuming that will put you through to a actual person

first of all, calm down. thiese are unneccessry worries! do you have troubles with mail that you're worrying about it? if you usually get your mail, everything's gonna be okay.

secondly, to talk to the representative you should just press 2 - 2 - 2 (as far as I remember) and then you'll talk to someone.

thirdly, from what i read here, they send you a letter quite beforehead you bio appointment. and you may always call them to ask about your case.

forthly, here are some tips as for how to speak to them:

get ready before you call as for what exact questions you want to ask and want to be answered directly.

cause sometimes their answer for your first question may be misleading and you forget that you actually wanted to ask more. Moreover, they are representative of customer service, which makes their language specific, like... when talking to you they will definitely repeat what you said to them to make sure they got you right or to fill up the silent pauses. and there're a lot of words, so again you may be misled.

when you are transferred to the second tier, ASK THEM TO TELL YOU their agent number and name, which is important, cause as long as they know that you have it written somewhere, they will definitely pay more attention to what you say and be more responsible answering your questions.

and you may also tell them "so, as i understood, I may ...... (repeat what they told you to do how YOU understood it) and I can write your agent number in the covering letter to my documents"

If they are uncertain, just ask to speak to the supervisor.

P.P.S. how did you enter your number? cause I struggled to figure it out, causeit turned out that i had to put the both letters and the numbers, so it should be like "MLS0987654" = "6570987654". I'm sorry if it's somewhy offensive, but this is what I had a problem with, so i'm just sharing my experience

Got our Biometrics letter scheduled for 2016-05-23.. We are planning to do a walk-in before the scheduled date that was given.

Is that feasible?

Do anyone have an experience who the Kansas city office operates.

Will they allow this?

And what time of the day its better to do a walk -in

Just when the wait wasn't hard enough a new problem to look into, I can't login into my account. My Account says its been locked giving two reasons 1.long duration of inactivity which is not possible as I check it everyday 2. multiple incorrect attempts. Well they both are B#$$@@!@...I successfully changed my password and tried logging in with the new account no success!!!

I got 99 problems but GC ain't one!!!!

I haven't have my appointment in the door yet but out of curiosity I googled my local office and on the webpage for that location it states appointment only unless your military they are the only walk-ins aloud at that particular office... Maybe Google your office it might state if they allow walk-ins or not... Maybe even call the office if it isn't near you so it wouldn't be a wasted trip

Minha Conta diz que a sua foi bloqueada a respectiva duração duas razões 1.long de inatividade que não é possível que eu verificá-lo todos os dias 2. várias tentativas incorretas. Bem ambos são B # $$ @@! @ ... Eu mudei minha senha com sucesso e tentou iniciar sessão com a nova conta sem sucesso !!!
