The only thing... I can't check the online status. It says "error" when I put the receipt number there.. anyone too?

You probably have to give it some more time.. In the meantime; i saw this in another forum; there is an app that you can download, called "uscis case tracker" - in case you guys didnt know that yet

Also , i need help with my Affidavit of support.. i made more money than my wife last year and shes the petitioner , what other form do i need to fill out ? she filled out the I-864 as my sponsor .. do i have to fill out the I864a so we can meet the poverty requirements ,,pls help

I included a copy of my Vaccination Documentation Worksheet from the medical exam if that's the one you're referring to? I did not see a civil surgeon here in order to get it transferred over to the I-693 as people have reported not having to do that with a medical exam that's less than 1 year old.

In regards to the Affidavit of Support, I don't think you can co-sponsor yourself. Does she not meet the poverty requirements as your sponsor? In that case you will need a co-sponsor, yes, however I can't see how you can co-sponsor yourself since I'm assuming you haven't worked here in America ? I could be wrong but I'm assuming you're adjusting from a K-1 visa.

I included the medical exam with the I-485. If your wife income is above the poverty line no need to add yours but some people do (I added my taxes but did not file I-864a), but you can if you feel more comfortable, and yes you will have to file form I-864a since you live in the same household but most likely they would disregard your income. If she does not meet the requirement I would suggest to find a joint sponsor as soon as possible.

PS: I put every prove and information i found to avoid having an RFE.

I did the same thing. I was able to get all my documents from the Czech Republic. They sent me the DS-3025 - the exams we had to have done in our country and which they put into the envelope we handed in at the airport. - there's everything (vaccinations, x-ray, my medical history...)

That's why I didn't go to the civil surgeon. Also because they wanted me to get some vaccinations that I already had. So I didn't like that. I usually have strong reaction to it, so I didn't want to risk it, PLUS it'd cost me another money. Some civil surgeons wanted me to go through the WHOLE examination!! Be careful..

Lucky you! I think it depends on the doctor. Everyone is different!

I didn't included it simply because I didn't have it... get it in done right now so if there is a RFE before the interview I will have it in hand to send right away. In the USCIS instructions it was mentioned that you can send with the package or when they are requesting it or if not then having it in the interview.

I sent mine last Tuesday and it was received on Thursday so I'm in the NOA waiting game too

I sent my package (i-485, i-130, i-765, i-864 and medical examination record) on April 2nd

It was delivered on April 4th

Since then i haven't received anything and i'm starting to worry. Quick question: if my husband wrote "department of homeland & security" (it shouldn't have this "&") on the checks, can my case be sent back to me because of that or is it ok?

If you came with K-1 and you filed your Aos within a year the previous one is still valid I believe. Meaning that you did one when you applied to the K-1, the you I believe you just send the vaccination records.

When I was filing my forms and putting the package together I just followed what was said on the instructions. (There is few things that we could possibly get RFE anyway so I thought I just file it now and then having it done by the time of the interview or RFE.)

"NOTE: To ensure the results of the medical examination are still valid at the time USCIS adjudicates the associated benefit application, applicants should schedule the medical examination as close as possible to the time they file for adjustment of status, respond to a Request for Evidence, or attend an interview (if applicable)."
