Got biometrics letter today schedule for May 12 at 9:00am.

Now let's be patients! The waiting game starts...

I-130

11/4/2015 Sent I-130 package

11/16/2015 hard copy NOA received by mail priority date 11/6/2015

11/22/2015 register case on uscis personal case to receive text and mail updates

03/07/2016 text mail received case approved

03/12/2016 hard copy of I-130 aproval received by mail

03/22/2016 case sent NVC (by mistake)

I-485 & I-765

4/8/2016 package send with cover of I-130 approved

4/12/2016 Package received

4/25/2016 Hard NOA's Received by mail, (I485 priority date Nov. 6-2016),

4/30/2016 biometrics letter on the mail

5/12/2016 biometrics app at 9:00am

5/23/2016 RFE received

Just received my Green Card today We didn't get called into an interview! My card is valid for 10 year though.... That has to be a mistake, right?

07/05/2016- Approval notice Case type I485

07/09/2016- Received letter by mail

07/11/2016- Received green card by mail ( my green card in hand, so so so happy)

i just got that biometrics letter! its on may 11th, 9am! just in time, pheww!!!

5/5/2016 - sent docs to Chicago, AGAIN (i-485, i-130, i-765, i-864) [Day 0] 5/16/2016 - NOA [Day 11]

5/6/2016 - delivered and signed up for by R Mercado [Day 1] 7/20/2016 - called to submit a service request for my EAD. [Day 76]
5/12/2016 - checks cashed [Day 7] 7/28/2016 - case numbers for i-130 and i-765 started working to say case was received on May 6 [Day 84]

5/16/2016 - got 3 NOAs in the mail, dated May 12, priority date is 7/29/2016 - case status of I-765 is "New Card Is Being Produced", later in the evening - "Case Was Approved" [Day 85]

May 6 (haven't received any emails or texts) [Day 11] 8/1/2016 - received answer for the service request "your case is under review" [Day 89]

6/10/2016 - got biometrics letter in the mail, notice date is June 4, 2016, which 8/1/2016 - received answer for the service request "your case is under review" [Day 89]

is day 30 from when they picked up the package [Day 36] 8/2/2016 - case status of I-765 is "The Card was Mailed to you" [Day 90]

6/21/2016 - Biometrics walk-in in Philadelphia [Day 47] 8/4/2016 - received I-797 Notice of Action for approved I-765 [Day 92]

6/22/2016 - Scheduled Biometrics Appointment [Day 48] 8/5/2016 - EAD in mail [Day 93]

6/30/2016 - online case status started working "case is ready to be scheduled

for the interview" [Day 56]

8/9/2016 - Interview is Scheduled [Day 97]

9/14/2016 - Interview Day [Day 133]

Since its been over 10 bus days did you call USCIS ??

I was advised if it takes more then 10 -15 bus days n the cheque is not even cashed then there is a big problem

As you can see on my signature , really recommend calling them and ask for tier 2 as I see in ur signature u did call and only seems to have spoken to tier 1

Oh no, still no news?? On monday i would call again, first thing in the morning. Thats crazy they havent even cashed checks yet!!

april 1st: sent i-485 to chicago lockbox

april 4th: i-485 delivered to chicago lockbox

april 7th: "biometrics fee received and accepted"

april 10th: email notification of acceptance and routing to NBC for processing

april 11th: hardcopy i-797C in mail (notice date april 8th)

april 30th: received biometrics letter for: may 11th @ 9am

june 2nd: received interview letter for: july 6th @ 11.10am

july 6th: Interview day---no decision was made

july 13th: sent e-mail to congressman, asking for an inquiry on my case.

Oh, I feel for you Da&De! Hopefully May brings the good news! (F)

AOS timeline:

3/22 - package mailed to Chicago Lockbox

3/28 - package received (as noted on NOA we got in the mail later)

4/04 - NOAs sent

4/13 - NOA hardcopies received in the mail

4/18 - all three (I-485, I-765, I-131) touched (as per MyCase USCIS tracker)

4/27 - received Biometrics appointment letter

5/09 - Biometrics @ 2 pm

6/15 - called USCIS as there was no further info since the Biometrics appointment

6/16 - EAD/AP cases updated - card is in production

Hello Everyone!

Guess I'm considered an April AOS filer: sent on the 25th package got there on the 28th. Now waiting for the updates.

Congrats to everyone who has Noa/ biometrics date already.

I just read one of the comments in the March group saying that the April group has a lot of posts and is catching up on number of pages to March hahaha. We are all so talkative...and panicky... and reassuring :)

But I spoke to one person first and then she transferred me to another person who as far as I remember was like an immigration officer or smth

And she told me there was nothing she could do cause I don't have a case number

There should be a picture attached to that post; can't see it? The picture explains the Codes 1, 2 and3 that are written on the biometrics letter.
