Yes patience is key, for me the annoying thing is I want to know what error I made as I thought I had completed things correctly so the annoyance is at myself more than anything.

I will only get frustrated with USCIS if it's information I have already sent and they might have lost or request a co sponsor. As I said my wife has been in the same employment for well over 18 months now so I wouldn't class it as a new job really and the salary is comfortably over the threshold but I have heard from others that earn well in excess of this are being asked for co sponsors (maybe due to it being a relatively new position).

I will update once I have the letter in my hand. Not sure if we have anyone who can co sponsor us as we did think that financially at least it would not be an issue.

Thanks for the support all and here's to hoping it's not a complicated request.

Try not to stress out before you actually get the letter!

It's not worth it! And I'm sure it's not gonna postpone your process very much! So it's not a big deal.

Cheer up! Everything's gonna be allright! Here are some virtual flowers for you (F)(F)(F)(F)(F)(F)(F)(F)(F)

Haha you are the designated forum cheerleader for the day! Maybe we all take a turn to boost everyone on the bad days.

You are showing extreme patience in your own situation, I would definitely say that there has been a sudden surge of applications / a lot of employee sickness or employee holidays that must have caused a bottleneck as prior to the beginning of April the receipts of applications seemed to be going quite smoothly so something has altered that state of affairs.

Keep yourself occupied as soon you will be on the road to getting that tiny little card that means so much to us all right now!

I just accepted the fact that there's nothing I can possibly do right now)

I already called them and sent them an email. Everything is done. I keep myself busy as much as I can and that's it)

And I'm trying to cheer up all you guys here cause you should be really happy each time you see my timeline cause this IS the worst case scenario, and your own status just CAN'T be worse.

So be happy everyone)

Certainly need you in our corner! I will keep everything crossed for you and await to see a message from you confirming they have received your application.. Then we can all open a ? on your behalf haha

Sorry if I come across moaning as I'm quite chilled about it. Just like talking too much I think! I know I have months to go in the process yet so one hiccup shouldn't matter.

Keep up those positive vibes (I take it you are De in this equation)

Hey guys, instead of sitting and worrying, find a hobby, volunteer or start putting together evidence for your interview. Time goes by fast when u are busy it will only be frustrating when tou sit and worry. IO are well trained so they know what they are doing . It takes time to compile alot of docs. We are in this together

Exciting to be on your way, yes. Now you will be glued to case updates like many others haha

Nah, surprisingly I am very calm this time, its not like with K-1 visa, when I checked e-mails and made so many calls! So much stress it was!

Now I am in US with my husband, so whatever. If it takes time, it takes time, so just another waiting!

Lets relax and enjoy last months of doing nothing, haha :)
