I didn't overstay my visa at all - the VWP (Esta) allows you to stay for 90 days and all our documents were filed within the 90 days. Is it still safe for me to leave?

I want to say yes cause once an application has been filed your can legally stay until a decision has been made... I wouldn't full take my word for it cause I'm no 100% sure

Today I decided to call Uscis and talk with a tier 2 to see where my case had been assigned to an offer yet... It's been 44days since Harlingen received my case and sadly it's not been assigned yet... Thinking of calling in around 2 weeks hopfully by then my case will be assigned... The wait goes on... How the rest of the April files holding out?

I'm still stuck on the same 'Fingerprint fee received', yet USCIS are not being helpful on calling, both times I've been refused a Tier 2 agent, and have no info on if my case has been transferred! Oh, and apparently they are counting days from when they say the fingerprint fee was recieved (May 7th) rather than a) when they received the packet (April 22nd) or the NOA1 date (April 25th) and therefore was told they were still within processing time.

I feel your pain I filled April 11th is when they recieved but my fingerprint fee recieved is May 9th almost a month after they recieved my documents!!! Atleast I know that my case has been transferred tho and where it's at so that's atleast some information I can work with... I'm assuming if they are unable to tell you if you case has been transferred then I'm sure that means it's still at NBC perhaps?? I would Definately push and push to speak with a tier 2 cause they WILL be able to tell you more information Edited by Moslund

hey guys, I had my interview yesterday. and it was pretty efficient. only took like 10 min. only covering the questions of , name , address, DOB. and that's it.

the officer then explained the conditional card.. and that's it.

but after I walked out, I realized that he didn't even take my work permit and I didn't get any paper, like a result paper. My online status hasn't changed yet.

does anyone have similar experience before?

Is that just service request you submitted? How do they determine when your outside normal processing times? Is it when are certain amount of months have passed? I'm contemplating doing a service request but I don't know how they gauge "outside of normal processing times"... My case has been at a local office for 45days and still at fingerprint fee recieved... The 11th will be 5months for me

I think it depends on the processing time of your local office. Just try to submit it. If you can't, it'll tell you that it's still in a normal processing time.

thats the thing tho its not at my local office its at a local office out of state.. im in virignia and its at a local office in texas so would it go off the data from the norfolk, virginia office cause that is where an interview would take place if i need 1 or would of go off the current location of my where my case currently is which is texas... I guess the only way of knowing is it to to submit it and see what message it get... I dont overly trust the processing data times they post on there website even tho its delayed by 1.5-2months.. thanks for the info!!
