04/02/2016 - sent AOS package (AOS,EAD,AP)
04/04/2016 - received at USCIS Chicago
04/19/2016 - money order cashed
04/22/2016 - hard copy NOA received by mail

04/28/2016- received Biometrics Appointment Latter

05/12/2016- Biometrics 8:00 am Atlanta

07/05/2016- Approval notice Case type I485

07/09/2016- Received letter by mail

07/11/2016- Received green card by mail ( my green card in hand, so so so happy)

Just received my Green Card today We didn't get called into an interview! My card is valid for 10 year though.... That has to be a mistake, right?

Hi April 2016 filers,

I sent our AOS files last April 18,2016 and saw the USPS tracking that they recieved it yesterday April 20, 2016. But until now they haven't notify me. Is that normal? I am just worried. By the way, the money order that we sent was 2 ( 1 for 1000$ and the other is 70$ = 1070$ ) Would that be fine? I hope someone could help me with this. Thanks..

September 23, 2015 - RFE Received                                                                              April 12, 2016 - Certified Copy of Marriage Certificate received!

November 12, 2015 - received NVC email that case ready for interview                         April 29, 2016 - received 3 NOAs i-485/i-765/i-131 from the mail! (April 25, 2016 Notice Date)

December 8, 2015 - SLEC Medical but failed on CXR had to do sputum tests!                May 14, 2016 - received mail for Biometrics Appointment Letter (dated May 26, 2016)

December 14,15,16 2015 - went back to SLEC for Sputum Tests!                                   May 26, 2016 - Biometrics done!

December 18, 2015 - Initial sputum tests done! Results are negative                             June 3, 2016 - per case status online i-485 "Ready to schedule for interview"

February 10, 2016 - received email from SLEC sputum tests negative                           July 5, 2016 - 1st SR for EAD (75th day from the received date)

February 17, 2016 - SLEC medical done!!!                                                                       July 16, 2016 - recieved an email EAD case is under review

February 23, 2016 - USEM interview approved! The CO has only 3 questions! LOL        July 22, 2016 - 2nd SR for EAD (92nd day from the received date)

March 4, 2016 - K1 visa packet received!!                                                                      August 2, 2016 - EAD status changed to New Card is being produced

March 8, 2016 - CFO seminar done                                                                               August 3, 2016 - EAD/AP status changed to CASE was APPROVED!

March 19, 2016 - arrived at my POE Los Angeles                                                          August 9, 2016 - EAD/AP combo card received!

                                                                                                                                     October 28, 2016 – Interview day!
                                                                                                                                     November 2, 2016 – received RFE (IO wants all pages of Form I-693 to be filled out by CS)

Normally you hear something in 10 bus days, did you fill out the form to get a email/text notification ?

Will be nonissue for the 2 money orders. That's what we did and they accepted them.

Quando você enviar o seu em. O meu foi recebido no dia 14 e ainda o meu hasnt cheque foi descontado ainda.

Sent april 2 was received on 4, I sent a money order and was only discounted 19.

When did you send yours in. Mine was recieved on the 14th and still my check hasnt been cashed as yet.

Mine was received on the 6th but no cashed yet or any news from the uscis

Sent april 2 was received on 4, I sent a money order and was only discounted 19.

What does it mean by discounted 19?

EAD was APPROVE! - 07/13/2016

EAD Card on hand - 07/19/2016

Card for i-485 is being produced. No interview = 08/26/2016

NOW WAITING FOR I-485

08/04/2016 = RFE

CARD ON HAND!!

Tuesday april 19 the money order was cashed

We have a similar timeframe - We sent ours on 7th and the cheques cleared on 19th. I'm hoping to receive NOA1 very soon!

I am so impatient today . Usually i am fine , but when i looked into my empty mailbox today, it just frustrated me. My NOA1 says "receipt date: 8th april" - so when will i be getting that biometrics letter? We wont be here may12th-28th; and i just know that the appointment will be right in that timeframe. I know it..ugh

Sorry for the rant.. Usually when i start to complain, something will happen.

april 30th: received biometrics letter for: may 11th @ 9am

june 2nd: received interview letter for: july 6th @ 11.10am

july 6th: Interview day---no decision was made

july 13th: sent e-mail to congressman, asking for an inquiry on my case.

Can i do that even before i get the letter? And do i call the local office or uscis itself?

april 11th: hardcopy i-797C in mail (notice date april 8th)

july 6th: Interview day---no decision was made

july 13th: sent e-mail to congressman, asking for an inquiry on my case.
