Today is my interview. 11:15. My lawyer will be in attendance with me and my wife.

Good luck! I hope the field office has all your documents;)

april 1st: sent i-485 to chicago lockbox

april 4th: i-485 delivered to chicago lockbox

april 7th: "biometrics fee received and accepted"

april 10th: email notification of acceptance and routing to NBC for processing

april 11th: hardcopy i-797C in mail (notice date april 8th)

april 30th: received biometrics letter for: may 11th @ 9am

june 2nd: received interview letter for: july 6th @ 11.10am

july 6th: Interview day---no decision was made

july 13th: sent e-mail to congressman, asking for an inquiry on my case.

Just received my Green Card today We didn't get called into an interview! My card is valid for 10 year though.... That has to be a mistake, right?

AOS EAD

5/5/2016 - sent docs to Chicago, AGAIN (i-485, i-130, i-765, i-864) [Day 0] 5/16/2016 - NOA [Day 11]

5/6/2016 - delivered and signed up for by R Mercado [Day 1] 7/20/2016 - called to submit a service request for my EAD. [Day 76]
5/12/2016 - checks cashed [Day 7] 7/28/2016 - case numbers for i-130 and i-765 started working to say case was received on May 6 [Day 84]

5/16/2016 - got 3 NOAs in the mail, dated May 12, priority date is 7/29/2016 - case status of I-765 is "New Card Is Being Produced", later in the evening - "Case Was Approved" [Day 85]

May 6 (haven't received any emails or texts) [Day 11] 8/1/2016 - received answer for the service request "your case is under review" [Day 89]

6/10/2016 - got biometrics letter in the mail, notice date is June 4, 2016, which 8/1/2016 - received answer for the service request "your case is under review" [Day 89]

is day 30 from when they picked up the package [Day 36] 8/2/2016 - case status of I-765 is "The Card was Mailed to you" [Day 90]

6/21/2016 - Biometrics walk-in in Philadelphia [Day 47] 8/4/2016 - received I-797 Notice of Action for approved I-765 [Day 92]

6/22/2016 - Scheduled Biometrics Appointment [Day 48] 8/5/2016 - EAD in mail [Day 93]

6/30/2016 - online case status started working "case is ready to be scheduled

for the interview" [Day 56]

8/9/2016 - Interview is Scheduled [Day 97]

9/14/2016 - Interview Day [Day 133]

EAD approved July 12th. We didn't apply for AP so hoping to get the interview and GC before October so I can go home!!

EAD approved: 07/12/16 (Day 93)

Applied for AP: 08/17/16

Visited local Congressman Office: 08/19/2016

AP Status Updated to 'Advance Parole Document Was Produced': 09/06/2016

Arrived 20 minutes early went to the window showed our notice, he did his stuff said good luck. 10 minutes later

We get called into an interview room, didn't get split up. Just asked how we met what date etc what we did our first date and then I gave pictures of our wedding.

He then just chatted general bullsht for 10 minutes then asked my lawyer if he should approve

She said yea I said yea he said approved

Easy Columbus field office is really friendly and nice

losing count of days but 90 days window way past, 2 weeks since SR, no news either, not even a letter from USCIS to acknowledge the SR
Oh, and cases still not in system

damn, this is getting less and less amusing by the minute

4/19/2016 bank confimed that cashier's checks were cashed

4/22/2016 received hard copy NOAs for I-765, I-130, I-485 ***Priority date 4/13/16***

4/30/2016 received biometrics notice, scheduled for 5/13/2016

5/05/2016 Walk in Biometrics done, Columbus, OH

6/22/2016 Online service request submitted for EAD

6/30/2016 Interview scheduled for 08/04/2016

07/20/2016 EAD card being produced

07/27/2016 EAD received

08/04/2016 Interview completed, APPROVED

08/13/2016 GC delivered

***able to check I-485 receipt number as of 6/30/2016, I-765 receipt number as of 7/20/2016, I-130 as of 07/28/2016**

I called them early this morning and received a callback this afternoon. I only found out about my status when I spoke to Tier 2. I tried checking it after we got off the phone and there I saw that it was already approved. I don't think it matters though for processing EAD and AP. Those 2 should be processed within 90 days. Well, with my I-485 still haven't got any news since May 30 when it says "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" and I don't expect for the schedule to come any sooner. I know some of the San Francisco filers, it took about 5-6 months for them to receive their schedules. It's okay as long as I have my EAD so I can already start working. Don't worry you'll receive news soon about your EAD.

I'm hitting 90 days tomorrow but I was dumb and only put in the SR at the 86th day.

I already have a job offer and I'm in great need to start working I really hope I hear back soon! And I'm also near SF so it's interesting to see they are taking 5-6 months to hear back about the GC but like you said at least if we have the EAD we can finally work.

Can you use your EAD as ID until you get state ID/drivers license? I have a habit of forgetting my passport when I'm it and about thats why I ask
