Hi, I just past my 75 days. Can you tall me how can I ''service request'' online?

How did you request service request?

HI.

How do you clear background?

Service request you can do online in Uscis website or you can call them and tell them it's been 75days since recieving your application and they will do a service request for you... For the background check you don't do the background check yourself the FBI does it... Once your biometrics are done Uscis sends them off to the FBI and they run it threw multiple data bases to make sure you not some crazy person... They do this by running your fingerprints and name through all them data bases... Once the FBI clear you they notify the Uscis and then they continue to process your EAD... A teir 2 officer can tell you if you've cleared the check or if your pending... If you call the FBI all they can tell you is if they have sent Uscis your results back they do not give you specifics or the results only USCIS is able to tell you if it's been cleared or not Edited by Moslund

Hi guys, I'm joining too.

What happens if my husband is working while waiting for the AED?

What he's doing is illegal. I hope he's paying the proper taxes, at least. And he might have problems later on.

Please do him and yourself a favor, make him stop this illegal working asap.

Part of the requirement of the k1 and I think any visa is if your found making money without an EAD approval you subject to deportation cause your breaking visa laws and any immigration law broken can result in deportation.. You better hope immigration doesn't get wind of it... As previous person said it's also highly illegal... I remember when I was doing the k1 process when I was signing documents there is a section specify that says if found working before EAD approval you are subject to deportation and you had to sign it to agree to the terms of the visa.. As long as immigration don't find out about it you will be okie but I would be severely cautious and advise him to stop working... I think his employer can also get into trouble for employer someone who isn't legally allowed to work Edited by Moslund

My lawyer said generally USCIS will forgive you for working before you get your EAD card.
However, I wouldn't recommend risking it.

It means that they are making your card and you have been approved! If this is under the I-485 GC application, then you don't have an interview! Just wait for your card in the mail. You may get an approval status and a "Card has been mailed" status so just keep an eye out! Congrats!

There's been a couple of us in this thread already that have been approved with no interview for GC.

Hi guys, I'm joining too.

IF he has been working then he is working illegally and IF caught working illegally he can be subject to USCIS laws and regulations. IF he is working then I recommend he STOP working ASAP, if he isn't working then make sure he does not work until he has his EAD in hand.

They could go light on him, but it's honestly never worth the risk.
