I received my EAD/AP Combo Card today -and I have a job interview on Monday! Wooo!

Just wanted to share with everyone here that my spouse is also April Filer (4/7). Today (6/18) we received text & email that the I-485 application has been updated (Card/Document Production). Same as LTSC that there is no status update on EAD/AP. Hopefully we'll get the GC next week.

Ohh i thought were almost same timeline lol..I had my biometrics last may12 and case status still finger fee received april 8 for permanent residence etc. And april 5 case wasvreceived for employment autorization...yah i havent put on my timeline yet i just notice it now about it..Thank you

Has anyone been successful in puting a service request in for EAD before the 75days?? My EAD was recieved April 11th so that puts me currently at day 71.. I'm debating calling to see if they would put in a service request for me today but don't no how strict they are with the 75days... I would hate to waste time on the phone with them about it to hit a brick wall and told to call back on Friday which will be day 75

I'll tell you more, they will probably tell you "it's day 75, so call back on Monday IF YOU DON'T HAVE NEWS BY THEN"

I just love calling them and getting the same answers over and over again XD

i did file the 8th which would put me at day 74 from filing even tho they didn't receive it the 11th maybe I could just play the pity card and be like but it's 74 days since I filed the application it's only 1 days off 75 days

I shall be patient and I will call on Wednesday that will atleast out me past 75 from filing but only 2days short of when they recieved it maybe I can work it to my advantage... Wednesday is also 3weeks from my biometrics appointment so maybe there may be process on my I-485 even if it is a RFE... It's still stuck on "may 9th fingerprint fee recieved"... It still puzzles me how my check was cashed 28th of April yet it took them almost 2 weeks to note that they recieved my payment Edited June 20, 2016 by Moslund

OMG I got the most dumbass representative one can possibly get

She told me several times the same things that being 30-45 days

I was like: but i'm already past those days

she was like: I can't check it

I told her: that's funny cause the previous officer told me that I was on the day 36 after filing and you say you can't see that information

she apologized like a thousand times. I asked her WHEN I SHOULD CALL TO PUT AN INQUIRY ABOUT my case status online exactly?

then she said you should give it some time and the local offices process the cases in order they receive them and it usually takes around 6 months so give it some time okay?

i was pissed and said "thank you bye"

You do not have the best of luck when calling... Well nether do I but you seem to get the 1s who just don't have a clue
