Hi all!

Well, our ROC filing date is coming soon (April 16th) and I have a general question.

Do you remember how we plastered the beneficiary name and Case Number on all the pages of paper we submitted to NVC?

Should we be putting the ROC Petitioner name and Alien Number on all the pages we submit with the I-751? I'm about to order a rubber stamp, if so!!!

We never put the name and number on any evidence that we submitted previously either when applying for K1 or for AOS. We're not planning on doing it for the evidence here. As long as it's all in one packet, it should be fine. Most of the evidence should have both your names on it anyway. When supplying photos, write in who is in the photos and date when photo was taken on the back.

If you're supplying any extra info for the questions on the forms on a separate piece of paper, they do ask that you put the name and A# on every extra page.

Agree with above. We didn't put any supplemental info on each page of evidence, it all had our name on it. However, for any correspondence, cover letters, etc., we had a rather extensive footer with all of the A#s, case #s. Though, by the time we were submitting our RFE response, nine months into the process, our cover letter was five (5) pages long explaining our bonafide marriage to those cretins at CSC.

We didn't for the first two steps but did for the ROC...not sure why....maybe I felt that I wanted to cover our bets this close to the end.
