Well she's been there for about 25 years and she got married there. I guess that makes her a USCIS? Really sorry if I couldn't be more clear.

USCIS = United States Citizenship and Immigration Services

USC = USA Citizen

Yes sir, I have the funds for Masters, but I want to take my mother with me, so how can I do that?

You can't.

But she can visit you on a tourist visa.

You can just apply for school and come as International Student.

You need to read through this forum to understand what all the processes require.

Looks like you have little understanding of what it will take for you to apply and come here. You want to take your mother with you but the question is can she come with you right away? you both have to satisfy different requirements.

Case receive by USCIS (text & email notification): 03/07/2017
