I just had my interview today and the CO said I am approved! Hurray!!

But he only gave me a pamphlet about domestic violence in US- that's all. He didnt instruct me to go to a certain window for the delivery infos nor gave me a slip of paper regarding delivery instructions of visa...is that normal?

Thank you!

well I also was not expecting that I will go to step 5 since I already registered my delivery address on-line. I have read some were not asked to proceed to step 5 if you registered on-line. I was asked to proceed to step 5 because of my k2, my daughter is 19 and she was asked to sign a waiver.

you should be fine, :)

Hi amethyst88, how's your interview? My schedule is tomorrow. Can you please advise me on the procedure and the question. Thank you so much ?

hello...

Outside USEM:

> my scheduled time was 6:45am - i was there at 4am. (a lot of people are already lined up that early).

> there are fixers outside USEM and they will inform you where to line up and be seated in their chairs costing 30 pesos! yup! may bayad ang upuan.. - i told them im a Fiance visa applicant and they assisted me naman. So ok na rin. :)

> At 6am, the guards were already calling 6:30am applicants..then 6:45am and so on.

On step 1 entry:

>bring out DS 160 confirmation page, interview appointment confirmation page and Passport.

Security Check (Scanner):

> Once in, scanning is done. - so NEVER bring any electronic devices, and take note of any Musical Greeting card (battery operated). I forgot i brought one so, they asked me to leave it somewhere outside. Securities were nice and approachable.

Once inside the embassy...

> interview appointment will be checked again and will give you a number attached to DS 160. - they will again tell you where window to proceed next. (sobrang organized)

>Finger Printing window. - they will ask you your name, birthday and petitioner's name and birthday rin before fingerprinting is done. - Instructions were given so wait till said. (Again, they will tell you what window or step is next)

> Pre-screening by a Filipino personnel. -will ask infos about you and petioner. name, b-day, how did you meet, when, where, etc..

> Oath taking. - an Asian women asked questions re truthfulness of the info you provided them followed by finger printing again.

>INTERVIEW TIME. - brace yourself, as long as you know the basic infos of your petitioner you're fine. i was asked my name, petitioner's name, his job, his address, how did we meet if each of us has ever been married or have kids. - ISANG TANONG ISANG SAGOT lang. LESS TALK LESS MISTAKE. Always smile kahit na ihing ihi ka na or highly anxious... lol

I brought everything i can, but i wasn't asked of any evidences or proofs or anything. It DEPENDS on the CO you'll get into.

Lastly, KEEP PRAYING. PRAY CONSTANTLY and SURRENDER EVERYTHING TO GOD...

Hope that helps... You can do it. :)

The consul also didn't told me to go to step 5. I also registered my delivery address when scheduling my interview and I got the package 1 week after.

You are good to go. No worries. You can only change delivery within 24 hrs after the interview. That is very common for the embassy not to ask for support information, still listed in the embassy instructions letter though.

Congrats!!! :dancing:

There's no slot for April 12. Sayang!

I have question again, our Noa2 will expire on April 3. How will it be? Do we need to file any paper to extend it?

No need to anything.
