Hi, so I'm a little confused regarding question number 20 of form I-751(I've researched this forum for the past few days, couldn't find a similar problem): "Have you ever been arrested, detained charged indicted fined or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordinance (excluding traffic regulations). or committed any crime which you were not arrested in the United States?"

Now, i do have a traffic ticket of 750$ (Following to close), i went to court, and i was dismissed, and i do have the dismissal order.

When i proceed to read the instructions for form I-751 i find this:

If you have ever been arrested or detained by any law enforcement officer for any reason, either in the United States or abroad, and charges were filed, or if charges were filed against you without an arrest, submit an original or court-certified copy of the complete arrest record and/or disposition for each incident (for example, dismissal order, conviction record, or acquittal order).
And this:
NOTE: Unless a traffic incident was alcohol or drug related, you do not need to submit documentation for traffic fines and incidents that did not involve an actual arrest if the only penalty was a fine of less than $500 and/or points on your driver’s license.
As far as i understand, i should answer "no" at question number 20, but i do however need to submit copies of the ticket, police report and dismissal order. Or do i have to answer "yes" at question number 20? and of course provide copies of the ticket, police report and dismissal order?
Please help!

I would answer 'yes' because you were fined (more than $500) and provide all the relevant documentation, specially the dismissal order from the court.

Thank you for your answer. the thing that gets me confused is "except traffic regulations", but since an accident occurred and on the ticket it said "bond" of 750$,i guess it does make more sense to say "yes". I don't want to hide the ticket, just trying to make sure I answer correctly.
