IR5 and where to find the alien number and DOS number to pay fee

The parents already passed the interview and have the visa in hand from n2 go carrier service but they can't find any indication of a alien number or DOS case ID number for us to pay the $165 fee for each person online. It says these numbers can be found in the first two rows of the Immigrant Date Summary but they can't find any type of paperwork like that. Is this something we can find online?

Also does anyone know of a travel fee to pay from Manila international airport of 1600 peso?

We know there is a airport fee of 550 pesos but never heard of a travel fee as well.

I searched Google and found the case I'd and alien number it was the MNL number and the registration number in the visa.
