I am filling petition for my parents. My younger brother is still under 21. But by the time it get approved and stuff he is gonna turn 21.

Is it possible that he come along with my parents when they get approved.

You can petition your Brother but a totally separate process to petitioning your Parents.

His age does not matter.

Hi, you can file a seperate i130 for sibling if you are 21 years or older (your brother's age is irrelevant in this case). If you are US Citizen your parents are considered immediate relatives and qualify for a green card immediately, your sibling however will have to wait.

"Family Preference Category

If the family member of the U.S. citizen is not an immediate relative, then the U.S. citizen may still be able to sponsor them via what is called a “family preference category.” Eligible relatives include:

  • Unmarried sons or daughters over the age of 21
  • Married child(ren) of any age
  • Brothers and sisters (if the U.S. citizen petitioner is over the age of 21)

Congress has limited the number of relatives who may immigrate under these categories each year so there is usually a waiting period before an immigrant visa number becomes available."
