Filling petition for parents

I am filling petition for my parents. My younger brother is still under 21. But by the time it get approved and stuff he is gonna turn 21.

Is it possible that he come along with my parents when they get approved.

You can petition your Brother but a totally separate process to petitioning your Parents.

His age does not matter.

there are no derivatives on parents petitions, so he can't come with your parents, no matter how old he is

my son under 21 now , my visa application is under process , I paid visa fees just now . whether my son get immigrant visa or file CSPA

Hi, you can file a seperate i130 for sibling if you are 21 years or older (your brother's age is irrelevant in this case). If you are US Citizen your parents are considered immediate relatives and qualify for a green card immediately, your sibling however will have to wait.

Your brother cannot get visa with your parents. you need to file for him separately under F4 and it may take 13/14 years to get visa for him. If one of your parent, after becoming permanent resident, applies for him under F2b category it will take less time ie around 8 years.
