NOA2 received - please help.

Hello,

We have received our NOA2. Well, our status online changed to case approved, so we are just waiting for the official notice in mail. I was wondering if someone could tell me what we should do now ?

We started gathering:

transcripts from IRS, ordered them already, and will mail soon.

The letter of intent, affidavit of support, letter from employer, bank account transcript and the back up application is there anything else that is needed ?

The employer didn't put on her letter of employment how much she earns per year, but how much she works weekly and how much she earns per hour - is this a problem ?

Do we really need our backup of the application ? I've read that the embassy receives our application from NVC ?

We pretty much included everything in it , so i do not know what else to bring to the embassy, except some more proof of the relationship after the application. We have electronic copies of the application, so i can just print them instead of mailing it and paying extra for all that weight.

Now as for the medical, I have some questions. I already did my medical when i applied for J1 visa, and i have a copy of it, is that any helpful at all ?

If you think I have missed something please let me know, this is more like a check list.

Three things you should do.

1. Go to your Embassy's website and read what the steps are and what documents are needed to complete your interview. Each Embassy is different.

2. Go to the sub forum for your country here on VJ and begin to ask you specific questions for your Embassy. There are many experts their to help as many here may not know much about your Embassy requirements.

I have one more question. My fiance earns a little bit above the 125% poverty guideline, so we will use only her income. However, in case that the embassy raises any questions or denies us because of this, we planned to fill another affidavit of support including her mother as a sponsor, and if this scenario happens, show them that other affidavit(with all the supporting documents). Is that possible or a good idea ?
