I-751 Form queries

Hi Vj members,

I'm planning to send my I-751 package very soon.

I have few queries about the form.

In the instructions, they have mentioned that answer all questions fully and accurately, if question doesn't apply to you type or print N/A.

My question is in the part 5 about "Information about your children", part 9 about "Interpreter", and part 10 about "preparer part" should I answer N/A as We neither have children nor We are using interpreter or preparer? Or should I just leave all those parts blank? or it doesn't matter.

I know its a silly question but I don't want package returned back to me due to incompleteness.

Also, my package will include following. Am I missing anything essential?

1)I-751 form, filled and signed, and personal check of 590 USD.

2)Cover letter

3) Copy of front and back of my green card

4) Evidence of bona-fide marriage.

Put N/A wherever it doesn't apply to you.

We cannot tell if you're missing anything essential when you don't list what you're sending as evidence of bonafide marriage. Good luck!

Below is the list of evidence I am going to send in the package.

1) IRS tax return transcripts for the year of 2013, 2014, and 2015. ( Married filling Joint)

2) Apartment lease where it shows me as an occupant and my wife as a Lease holder from June 14 to October 14. Since October 14 until present Joint lease of the apartment. ( I am also going to write a letter explaining why I was not listed as an occupant or no joint lease until June 14 as I did not have SSN until then so they did not include my name on lease.)

3) Joint saving bank account statements since marriage.

4) Joint lease of Safe deposit box at the Bank.

5) Joint credit card statements from August 2014. ( I will explain here that we couldn't have joint credit cards because of lack of SSN).

6) Copies of chase bank credit cards where I am authorized user. Only few statements of it since we don't use it too often. Joint credit card is the primary one.

7) Joint health insurance and dental insurance since marriage.

8) Joint car insurance since marriage.

9) utility bills (water) with both our names on it since June 2014. ( I will explain here that they did not include my name earlier due to lack of ssn).

10) Cell phone bills of Verizon wireless since marriage.

11)Joint car title.

12) Passport stamps and boarding pass from our trip to India. Boarding passes for the trip to Las vegas, Newyork, and Cruise boarding pass for the trip to Bahamas.

13) Joint NRE ( non resident external) bank account in India, with fixed bank deposits. ( not sure It will hold any weightage)

14) Joint Costco membership cards.

15) Letter from my wife's job showing my name as an emergency contact and beneficiary.

Ok it sounds like you're good to go! I'm also not sure if submitting the joint NRE is useful but it won't hurt! Have you considered including healthcare power of attorneys and/or wills?

Thank you. No we haven't so far. We should, but I think we will send the package first with the evidences we have right now, and later we will do that.

We don't have to submit passport style photos like we did while AOS, right? They haven't mentioned it in instructions, but I guess paranoia is taking over me.
