Hi everyone again! Will have my interview real soon in Manila. I am actually wondering in wearing a Sunday dress a good idea on that special day? Such that a knee length conservative dress paired with a flat sandals.

That is totally fine. I saw some wearing dresses for the interview, others wore nice slacks and a blouse. It is a special day, for sure dress nice.

Can I just wear a T-shirt and pants? I'm not really comfortable in formal clothes or dresses XD

Comfortable or not, dress nice for the interview. My wife wore a blouse and nice jeans nothing fancy but nice.

T-shirt = plain... No writing, slogans, pictures, etc. would be ok.

Remember even you are uncomfortable for a few hours, dressing 'nice' for the CO will always help. I might suggest 'church' clothes.
